  Our process starts with YOU. We want to hear your needs, your previous experiences, your expectations, what you like and what will make you happy in your new home. We will hear you and support you. Together, we will come to the final design. We are here to ensure you are pleased every step of the way.  

 During the construction of your home, you will be involved and updated regularly. We will follow everything discussed and approved by you during the Pre-construction phase to make sure that you are satisfied. Our team will follow through with the codes and standards of your region to put together your dream home. 

  HERE it is! We are ready to impress you. Now you only need your key and to enjoy your home. During the preparation, we will deliver and install your home, as well as test all utilities and amenities prior to your arrival. We will let you do your own walk-through and be there to explain how everything comes together.
